The Syutkin and Partners law firm specializes in agrarian law, nature conservation law, commitment law, corporate and family law as well as civil law (including property law).

Anatoliy Miroshnichenko

PhD in Law. Attorney. Associate professor of the department of labour, land and ecological law of the Law Faculty at the Kiev T. Shevchenko National University. Graduate of the Kiev T. Shevchenko National University.

He is the author of more than 30 scientific studies in the field of land law. He has worked as a consultant during the implementation of international projects in the sphere of land relations in Ukraine.
